Buy or Rent the DPS Card Sets?
DPRO offers Dynamic Patient Scenario card sets for sale and to rent. Because of the costs associated with producing, formatting, printing and laminating DPS card sets renting is cheaper than purchasing and choosing from the available sets below will be cheaper than having custom sets created from scratch.
The cards are expensive to develop, print, laminate and ship. The idea behind renting is that you (the customer) do not have to shoulder the costs of development and production. Additionally, it is not likely that you will need to use the same set of victims for future exercises. However, the option to purchase card sets exists for those who have deep pockets or must retain the cards for other reasons.
The deposit will cover loss, damage, and failure to return the DPS card sets. The fee is based upon the number of cards ordered and is fully refundable within 14 days of return of rental card sets. Loss or damage of individual DPSs will be deducted from the total deposit at a rate of $35 per DPS not returned.
All DPS card sets include a detailed list of injuries as well as suggested triage levels, treatments, and dispositions.
